  I had Togo's bring fruit and vegetable trays to my work yesterday for a corporate event we had. They did an incredible job making the trays look so appetizing and beautiful. There was a good amount to feed all of the attendees of the event, and everyone appreciated it. It also got delivered very efficiently, and on time. The driver was friendly, and flexible with the somewhat confusing layout of our buildings. Thank you very much for working with me!

  I keep coming to this place hoping it gets better. To their credit they make my sandwich delicious about 1/3 of the time, the other 2/3 I would rather just not eat. Today, 6/9/19 at around 4 pm I ordered a Cali Veggie and to say it came with MINIMAL ingredients is an understatement. It's suppose to have veggies, avocado, and DOUBLE cheese. The damn sandwich was 80% bread! HALF the the sandwich didn't have ANY cheese, over half had NO avocado, and don't even get me started on the ONE sad little onion slice. I've been coming to this place for years but I'm done. A picture speaks a thousand words so just look at those.

  Why can this place never improve? For over fifteen years, this has remained one of the worst Togo's locations in Sacramento. The service is pretty poor, it is so rare the staff says thank you or have a nice day etc. Somehow,  ingredients always seems slightly older than other locations.

  Ok here's the reason why this place only has two stars.
  Went to place a online order. When I got there, the girl with the nose ring was making my #9. I ordered Large pastrami. 11.25. That's what it says on the receipt that was email to me. She ended up making a regular #9. Wtf. I didnt know till I got home and opened the sandwich. I called them back and dude says to bring back the sandwich and they will make a new one. I bring back the sandwich and dude with the glasses inspected the sandwich like as if I was lying to him. Like I drive all the way back to bullshit. He doesnt even comp me for their mistake and I had to drive all the way back. You just lost a customer for your poor customer service. Dude in the glasses working today, I hope your not the manager, no manager skills at all. A simple comp would have been nice cause your co worker  cant work under pressure.

  If I could give them 0 stars, I would.  Hands down, the nastiest sandwich I have ever had.  They used to be really good so I don't know what happened.  I ordered the #16 Italian and the sauce that they use on this sandwich is so gross!  Why can't they just use oil and vinegar like other restaurants use?  Needless to say, I threw the sandwich away and will not be going back!
